Is there support for my child if they are having a problem?

Absolutely. We offer a tutor assist line that is available from Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, five nights a week. Each of the available tutors is qualified to help a young child to assimilate and understand the concepts according to his or her dominant learning style. Maths and English assistance are provided through the hotline.

The good thing is that in the majority of cases we have found that the more a child begins to use this program, the more they like to use it and want to use it and even begin thinking more efficiently and faster. They will also begin to improve their education and answer more questions, which they wouldn’t have done prior to using this program. This exercise is self-perpetuating, meaning that the child will enjoy the software more as they improve. As the child begins to improve, efficiency and computational skills will also get better. The amount of time needed to cover the same amount of work will decrease, and parents will even find themselves under the impression that the child is no longer using the program!

When our program was developed, the programmers subjected CAMI rigorous tests, and put it through more testing than even some of the biggest companies like MYOB and Microsoft. The program was not released until our demanding testing was complete. We are able to fine-tune the software even further as students continue to use the program and bring different challenges to our attention. This process is ongoing, but historically students will have a better understanding of the program and will continue to engage more as they provide feedback about their experience.
